These games are made using the RPGMaker MV developed by Enterbrain Inc. So unlike other RPGMaker games you should not need to download a run time package from the website but I'm gonna link it anyways just to show my thanks.

Here are the download links for the game. To begin the game simply download the file, unzip it, open the RTH Demo folder, open the folder labeled Project1, and open the program labeled Game.exe or Game.app I think for Macs.
